Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:  Pinky Rose Cosmetics does NOT honor any cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

Return Policy: Pinky Rose Cosmetics does NOT honor any return requests once an order has been placed and you have been provided an order #. This includes returns due to "changed my mind". 

Cancellation Exception: If there is a duplicate order by the customer. Once confirmed by our customer service there is in fact a duplicate order we will gladly honor a cancellation and refund for that duplicated order. 

Domestic U.S & International - All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include: 

  • Domestic vs. International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method
  • Delivery location
  • Orders are processed on business days only
  • Orders are NOT processed on weekends or Holidays

    INTERNATIONAL- Please be advised, we highly encourage the customer to select DHL or UPS for international orders. Though we allow and provide USPS as an option to make it more cost effective, Pinky Rose Cosmetics is NOT responsible for the package or contents once it leaves the United States as you are knowingly and selecting a service that is only trackable through the United States. 

    Please keep in mind your shipping cycle time does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc...

    We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

    *Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping once fulfillment is complete.

    CONFIRMED DELIVERY

    US Domestic: Once a package is confirmed by USPS that it has been delivered via tracking number we are not responsible for items not received at the address shipped and will not issue a refund or resend product. If the package with product is returned to our address as undelivered by USPS we will attempt to contact the consumer for a better address to resend or issue refund at that time. 

    International: Once a package is confirmed by carrier that it has been delivered via tracking number we are not responsible for items not received at the address shipped and will not issue a refund or resend product. If the package with product is returned to our address as undelivered by carrier we will attempt to contact the consumer for a better address to resend or issue refund at that time. When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. The payment of duties and taxes are responsibility of the receiver and not Pinky Rose Cosmetics.

    ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

    Pinky Rose Sisters hope you love the products you’ve received, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please read the following to ensure you qualify for a return.

    *A return is accepted if the product is (1) Defective Goods Only.* 

    If you find that you meet the criteria stated above, please contact us via email at info@pinkyrosecosmetics.com within five days upon receiving the product in the mail for return authorization.

    Email Format: Please place your order # in the subject line along with which (#) criteria shown above the product falls under. If it does not fall under one of these three categories it does not qualify.
    I.e.: Order # 34215 (1) Defective Goods

    All sales are final on discounted, clearance or closeout products.

    Unfortunately, Pinkyrosecosmetics.com cannot accept any items by mail that were purchased in a Pinky Rose store. Please do not attempt to return items that were purchased at a Pink Rose store using our online shipping label. If you attempt to return an item that was purchased in a store to Pinkyrosecosmetics.com, it will be returned to you. Pinky Rose cannot accept responsibility for items purchased in stores that are returned to us by mail.

    Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please note we do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
