Why is there a purchase limit of two on certain products?
There is a maximum purchasing limit of quantity 2 per selected items. This is done to be fair and everyone can enjoy our products with new launches only.
Why does my product look different than the photos online?
The swatches on our website and social media represent our colors as close as possible; however the actual color may appear different on everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on a number of factors, including: monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc...
Does Pinky Rose Cosmetics offer a PRO discount?
We currently do not offer a PRO discount online.
Do you offer wholesale pricing/accounts?
Yes, we do offer wholesale on approved accounts.

Will I get an order confirmation?
When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department via email to confirm the order @email@example.com
How will my order be shipped?
All shipping is currently being handled through either The United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). For international orders, USPS will release the package to your country’s postal service for delivery.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.
How long will it take if I use USPS First Class Package International Service?
The US Postal Service’s First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send mail. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
I received an email saying "Your order is on the way", with my order #, but no tracking number. When will I receive my tracking?
- You will receive your first initial email stating, "Your order is on the way", with an order #. This is generated by a customer purchase.
- Then you will receive a second email with tracking information after the order is actually processed. This is generated by a Pinky Rose warehouse employee.
- Then once it arrives to USPS/UPS, a postal worker has to scan in your package initiating/activating tracking information for you the customer to start tracking. This is generated by a postal employee.
Does Pinky Rose Cosmetics ship internationally?
Yes, Pinky Rose Cosmetics offers international shipping to selected countries by Pinky Rose. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.
*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Please note, Pinky Rose Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information prior to making an order so you know what to expect.
My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated?
First Class International service is non-traceable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At the very most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country. This is why you will not see any updates.
I received a refund and didn’t request one. Why did you refund me?
There are various reasons why Pinky Rose will refund you. The two most common ones are:
- Purchased an out of stock item that in error shown was available to you.
- Ordered more than maximum limit (2) per selected items.
I received the wrong item or I am missing items. What do I do?Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order # in the subject and in the body of the email stating what was sent in error or what is missing so we can correct your order.
